Why she rocks: She is one of the world’s most famous primatologists, ethologists, anthropologists and UN Messenger of Peace. She is the world’s foremost expert on chimpanzees, and did a 45 year study on social interactions of wild chimpanzees. She founded the Jane Goodall Institute to work extensively on conservation and animal welfare issues.

Because of this woman… we have a better understanding of the life of primates, which, in many ways, is not too different from humans.
